I originally said “no” and changed my answer to, “I’ll think about it”.  Maybe I’ll go for a half hour so I won’t have to hear them complain about how I haven’t been out enough this year.

Would it be bad if I got dressed up to pre-game so they thought I was going, and changed my mind once everyone left…? Just wonderin’…
